He is also the founder and CEO of 3C Consulting, LLC™, the nation’s leading strategic cannabis consulting firm. Nic and his team have worked with over 200 cannabis industry clients across all sectors of the industry.
He is known for his passionate commitment to importing demonstrated best practices from other industries. His awe-inspiring track-record of building strong cannabis businesses and guiding others towards their own victories has established him as a trusted, proven resource for anyone considering investing in the cannabis industry.
Nic’s scientific background combined with over 15 years of agricultural field and biological experience provides Multiverse Capital™ portfolio companies with new possibilities of productivity, profitability, and professionalism. Nic holds degrees in Environmental Studies and Biology and is a Veteran of the United States Air Force.

Skip Sanzeri is a Managing Director for Multiverse Capital™ and heads up corporate strategy for 3C, the nation’s leading strategic cannabis consulting firm, where he is responsible for branding, PR, marketing, and partnerships.
Recently Skip raised $7.6m in capital for a cannabis sensor company and spearheaded the effort to take the company public. Skip is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur who has helped a variety of startups launch, grow and successfully exit. In addition, he has funded and launched his own companies.
Skip started his entrepreneurial career at an early age buying a Gold’s Gym in the San Francisco Bay Area expanding to a total of six clubs before exiting via a sale of the franchise to 24-Hour Fitness. He then helped grow the IAC division of Ziff-Davis publishing to $250 million, after which he helped sell to Thomson Publishing. Skip continued his entrepreneurial career with Sequoia Capital-backed Quote.com which was acquired by Lycos. Skip then founded and funded the first open source strategy firm – Open Source Group, which was sold to Olliance, Inc.
Throughout his career, Skip has helped other startups, launch, grow, and exit. Skip earned his bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College, and then followed with a Master’s in Public Administration from the College of Notre Dame. Skip has worked many volunteer projects and is a Distinguished Fellow and on the Board of Governors of the New Westminster Society, a global organization providing educational scholarships for those in need.
Director of Investor Relations
Carol is a business development and investor relations executive with over 30 years of experience in the alternative investment industry. For over a decade Carol served as the Director, Investor Relations at Merfin, LLC (now Edgestream Partners, LP). Carol was a day one employee and later owned a Limited Partner interest in the management company. While at Edgestream, a quantitative investment advisor, Carol raised over $1 billion in assets. Carol also participated in all of the operational due diligence meetings, was a liaison to the service providers, assisted in recruiting, and exploring the feasibility of trading in various international markets.
Carol spent part of her career allocating capital to alternative investments for a large family office, giving her a unique perspective among marketing professionals. She learned a diversity of sophisticated investment strategies and built broad industry expertise as an asset allocator while meeting with and picked world-class managers for the family office. With this experience, Carol understands the needs of family offices and institutional investors as they allocate capital to alternative investments and provides exceptional customer service in all investor relationships.
She is adept at anticipating, identifying, and proactively addressing client concerns and expectations. She has spoken on family office panels at numerous conferences over the years. Carol started her career in New York and has been a broker at Wall Street firms.
